REVIEW: Alexandra
Lawerentz' new single BACK FOR CHRISTMAS is a dynamic calling card from
a new, potential pop sensation. Ms. Lawerentz' spirited vocals were the
most intriguing aspect of this recording. I will enjoy hearing more
from her in the future. The song itself is itself a nice
"Wall-of-Sound" effort from producer Mitch Goodman; it qualifies as a
nice addition to FM radio playlist during the holiday season. The CD's enigmatic kicker... a spoken-word homage to John Lennon's Imagine hidden at the end of the track made me smile.
